North American orders, if you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to receive store credit. We will provide return instructions; shipping fees are not included in store credit. Returned items must be in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damages in transit. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.
International orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive from the shipment date. International orders may have additional customs fees and/or tariffs depending on your country. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying these costs.
