Shipping and Handling
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Our current processing time before shipping is 3-10 business days depending on the product. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. We ship all packages with Flat Rate shipping through USPS. Most of the time, we fill orders in the order received.
International orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive from the shipment date. International orders may have additional customs fees and/or tariffs depending on your country. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying these costs. We currently DO NOT ship to: Germany or France. Sticker-only orders DO NOT have tracking at this time because they are sent in regular envelopes with stamps.
LOST/STOLEN/DELAYED ORDER
Unfortunately, once we deliver your order to USPS, it's out of our control.
If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps:
1) Verify the shipping address is correct.
2) Check with anyone who might have received the package for you (i.e. family member, friend, neighbor, etc.).
3) Contact or visit your local post office to see if they're holding the package or have any further information.
4) If 21 days have passed since the initial shipment and you've done steps 1-3 send us a message to let us know.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked "Delivered" USPS considers their job done. At that point, we cannot file an insurance claim.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns on unlit candles only; items must be in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to us. We will refund the cost of the items, but not the original shipping fees as those have already been paid to USPS.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. However, we do not refund candles for cosmetic or aesthetic reasons. Read more about these under "CANDLE GUIDE".
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order. We do not accept exchanges.
